  Decent value for what you get. Rooms could do with an upgrade but was only in room for sleeping. About a mile from centre of Banus via underpass from Casino in hotel.

  This is our 3rd visit to the H10 . The rooms are clean and have been updated with a lovely walk in shower. The pool area is very relaxing,clean with plenty of sun beds the staff around the pool area helpful and very friendly. One lady imperticua( bar manager Isabell )always happy to help ,very friendly and always smiling even after a 13 hour shift. This hotel is with in easy walking distance to the port,shops and beach. We always enjoy our stay

  Nice hotel,very close to heart of the activity, the wired any answer I got at check in . We have cleaner coming inside room !!!! ( if I didnot rent the safe what will happen ?

  A bit out off the way, a bid dated, a bit expansive - but overall everything fits well! Including the evening piano singers!

  Will be good to read the service rule before you use the facility , they will be better at the check if they tell you about it.
